My name is Amy Mulvaney and I carry a ridiculous amount of lip products with me wherever I go. I actually couldn’t believe it when I rooted through my bag to find nine lip products in there. Nine! But, considering I’ve quite a selection of lip products in my stash, these few are the ones that I use the most and carry with me in case of emergency.
There’s two MAC Sheen Supreme Lipsticks in Bare Again, my all time favourite nude. MAC Brave is in there for when I need a nude lip that will stand out, and MAC Red for when I need to make a statement or take my makeup from day to night. Revlon ColourBurst Lacquer Balm in Demure is my everyday go-to nude – I adore it, and Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Honey is the easiest lipstick to apply, with a gorgeous pink/berry colour. Then there’s MAC Gloss in Ample Pink, my favourite lipgloss of all time. Tanya Burr Lipgloss in Afternoon Tea is so gorgeously pink and pigmented it’s almost like a liquid lipstick. And finally, for good measure, I’ve Maybelline Dr Rescue Baby Lips for when my lips just can’t take colour any more.
Sure that’s only a handful, right? No wonder my bag is always so heavy!
